Business Start-up and Development workshops for the British Council, Zimbabwe, 2004
This 'workshop' tour involved a 2-day workshop for invited businesses in each of three locations in Zimbabwe - Harare, Bulawayo, and Mutare.
In addition, a day was spent in each location visiting small businesses to help them think about their develpment issues.
At each location there was also an evening seminar on 'Lean Operations' which was extraordinarily popular. One person stopped me in the street the next day and said he had been so impressed that he had given his whole workforce a lecture on it at 8am the next morning.
